quote
“For myself, having grown up in the Town, as did my father and his family, it certainly has its pluses and minuses to work for the Town you grew up in. My memories of my childhood in Bedford Village, my dad’s store, moving from a small apartment in Town to the house my parents built (about ¾ mile out of Town), going to the day camp at the park as a camper that I’ve been running for the past 20 years now, etc. These are the things I’d say I love about Bedford. It’s a bit different now, but everything is. My small town long ago memories will always be with me—I’m planning to retire early this summer!”
